30 Day Money-back Return Policy

We offer a 30-day hassle free return and refund policy for all Hast knives.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you setup with a full refund within 30 days of receipt (purchase of gift cards is non-refundable).

For safety reasons, all returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories and must be sent within 30 days from submission to be eligible for a refund.

Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.  

Hast reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return is damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Hast reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 25% for returns of any knife set.
